Online registration is available for doctors, assistants and vendors at our eventbrite site. Please read through this section before clicking on the link below to better understand the online registration process.
In order to reduce third party costs of online registration we have bundled our registration to include an entire company or office. The link below will take you to our eventbrite homepage. From the homepage you can select the green "get tickets" button which will open up a pop-up window to register.
For Vendors: Please select one of the first four options within the pop-up window depending on how many exhibitors will be at the show and select a quantity of one for the appropriate choice. The ticket cost will include the table and lunch for all exhibitors. After selecting "checkout" there will be a page to enter in payment information (credit card) and you will be prompted to enter in your company name and the name of each representative that is attending. This information will be used for creating name badges. If you are interested in exhibiting but would like to bring more than four representatives from your company please contact us at drbrianpowell@gmail.com

For Doctors: Please select the appropriate registration within the pop-up window based upon the number of doctors and assistants total coming from your office and select a quantity of one. The packages for doctors and assistants are listed just below the vendor packages and are ordered first by number of doctors attending and second by number of assistants attending, so all options for one doctor are listed first then for two doctors and so on. The ticket will include the cost of lectures and meals for all doctors and assistants. After selecting "checkout" there will be a page to enter in payment information (credit card) and you will be prompted to enter in the name and OE tracker number for each doctor attending and the name of each assistant attending. This information will be used for creating name badges and ensuring proper submittal of COPE credits for doctors.
